Senior Software Engineer (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy core product features from design through production
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using modern frameworks
• Participate in peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Mentor junior team members through pairing, guidance, and ongoing support
• Assist in release planning, deployment, and post-release analysis
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver user-centric solutions
• Engage in technical discussions and contribute to documentation and process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (React) and Python or comparable full-stack technologies
• Experience working with Git-based workflows and asynchronous collaboration tools
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset
• Ability to write tests and debug across the web stack

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building B2B or SaaS products
• Familiarity with QA methodologies and test automation
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Docker)
• Prior experience mentoring engineers or providing technical leadership
• Prior experience working or studying in the United States, or with international work experience
