Key Responsibilities:
Divestment project management: Management and coordination of divestment projects across the real estate portfolio.
Financial analysis and valuation: Analysis of disposal opportunities and preparation of financial models and asset valuations.
Divestment strategy and pricing: Proposal of sale prices and divestment strategies in cooperation with the investment team and company management.
End-to-end sale process management: Full responsibility for real estate sale processes, including preparation of all relevant documentation.
Internal cooperation: Close cooperation with internal teams, particularly Finance, Legal, and Technical departments.
External partner management: Management of cooperation with external partners and active participation in tender processes.
Regulatory and documentation handling: Communication with public authorities and handling of technical and legal documentation related to disposals.
Reporting and management support: Reporting results and preparing materials for company management.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum secondary education with graduation exam; university degree in economics, finance, or technical fields is an advantage.
Relevant experience: Proven experience in real estate, investments, finance, or divestments.
Valuation and transaction skills: Experience with real estate valuation, financial analysis, and sales processes is an advantage.
Leadership experience: Previous experience in team leadership.
Language skills: English at B2 level with regular professional communication.
IT skills: Advanced PC skills, especially MS Office (Excel); knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
Driving licence: Valid driving licence (category B).
Personal competencies: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, independence, and high ethical standards.
