Descriptions of Job duties:
1. Patient Examination
- Examine patients and/or order, perform, and interpret mammography and other relevant diagnostic imaging tests to assess medical conditions and support accurate diagnosis
- Collect, record, and maintain complete and accurate patient information, including medical history, diagnostic reports, and examination results, in compliance with medical and regulatory standards.
2. Patient Consultation
- Provide professional, comprehensive medical consultation and health advice tailored to each patient’s clinical condition and needs.
- Explain examination results, diagnostic findings, and follow-up recommendations clearly and appropriately to patients.
3. Professional Collaboration & Service Quality
- Coordinate with the Laboratory team and Medical Marketing team to contribute to the development, review, and validation of medical and educational content related to breast imaging and women’s health.
- Collaborate with Branch Operations and Customer Service teams to continuously improve service quality, patient experience, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Coach, support, and provide professional training or guidance to clinic and branch teams when required to ensure service and clinical excellence.
- Take part in internal CME and co-consultation between clinical and paraclinical aspects for better approach to patients care
- Report and review to CMO on the departmental and professional activities
4. Project Participation & Process Development
- Actively participate in company projects, including clinical improvement initiatives, quality assurance programs, and cross-functional healthcare projects.
- Contribute to the development, standardization, and continuous improvement of clinical workflows, professional procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to mammography and diagnostic imaging.
5. Media & Professional Representation
- Participate in company media-related activities as required, including medical filming, photography, interviews, educational videos, and communication campaigns, ensuring medical accuracy, professionalism, and ethical standards.
- Act as a professional medical representative of the company in approved communication and educational initiatives.
6. Continuous Professional Development
- Maintain and enhance professional knowledge and clinical competence by participating in continuous medical education programs, training courses, professional conferences, reading medical publications, and engaging in relevant professional organizations.

Experience and skills requirements:

  • Medical Degree from a reputable university, degree level I.
  • Ages from 35 – 50 with appropriate practicing license (>= 54 months, certified by DoH of HCMC).
  • At least 6 years relevant experience as a Radiologist in a hospital setting or busy practice and still practice actively currently.
  • Can read X-ray, perform ultrasound, fibro scan and cardiovascular ultrasound
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in Vietnamese and English.
  • Female preferred, skilled in examining adult patients to ensure care and disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery
