Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential Dutch-speaking clients through phone calls and emails to generate leads.
• Present our services effectively and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and confirm scheduled appointments.
• Document all client interactions and maintain organized records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from appointment setting to sales discussions.
• Provide insights on lead quality and assist in enhancing our outreach strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively engage with prospects.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is highly advantageous.
• Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or customer service is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing leads and appointments.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software applications.
• A self-motivated, proactive individual with a collaborative team spirit.
