Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential Dutch-speaking clients through phone calls and emails to generate leads.
• Effectively communicate our services and schedule appointments.
• Follow up on leads to cultivate relationships and confirm scheduled appointments.
• Document all client interactions and appointment details accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions of scheduled appointments.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and assist in refining our outreach strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to engage clients effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; fluency in English is an advantage.
• Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or similar customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage prospects.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing appointments.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and office software applications.
• A highly motivated self-starter with a collaborative team spirit.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and adapt to a remote working environment.
