In this role, you will assist customers with their booking inquiries, ensuring they receive the best possible service in Dutch.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, and travel arrangements via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Assist customers with navigating the Booking.com platform and resolving any issues they encounter.
• Provide detailed information on accommodations, services, and local attractions to enhance the customer experience.
• Resolve customer complaints and challenges efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on company policies and travel industry trends to provide accurate assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the travel or hospitality sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to solve problems and handle inquiries with professionalism.
