This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and cybersecurity while delivering exceptional support to customers. You will be the frontline support for clients, handling inquiries and providing solutions in Dutch.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding cybersecurity products and services via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to cybersecurity solutions and software.
• Educate clients on best practices for cybersecurity and how to maximize the use of their purchased services.
• Document customer interactions and resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and innovations to support client inquiries effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the technology or cybersecurity sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer experiences.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with a practical approach to problem-solving.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and support technologies.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
