Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer a remote opportunity for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives for our E-Commerce Platform. This position is a fantastic chance for individuals who are passionate about e-commerce and enjoy helping customers from the comfort of their own home in Greece. As a representative, you will assist clients in Dutch, ensuring a seamless shopping experience and handling inquiries related to their online orders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries about products, order status, refunds, and service issues via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch.
  • Assist customers with navigating our e-commerce platform and provide information on promotions and new products.
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with fulfillment and logistics teams to ensure prompt order delivery and resolution of any issues.
  • Stay updated on platform features and product offerings to assist customers effectively.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly in e-commerce, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve conflicts efficiently.
  • Proficient in managing multiple inquiries and tasks in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential evenings and weekends.
