As a customer service representative, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with their inquiries related to energy products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries in Dutch regarding energy services, billing, and account management via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information on Eneco's products, services, and energy-saving tips.
• Assist customers with account setup, changes, and troubleshooting any issues they may encounter.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements
