Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding energy services, billing, and product information via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Provide detailed explanations of energy plans, usage, and billing processes to customers.
• Assist clients with account management, including changes and updates to their energy services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with technical teams to provide accurate information and support related to energy services.
• Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to enhance customer interactions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the energy industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment efficiently.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is desirable.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
