You will assist customers in Dutch, helping them navigate services, bookings, and inquiries related to our entertainment offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries about entertainment services, events, and bookings via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch.
• Provide information on available shows, tickets, pricing, and special promotions.
• Assist customers with reservations, modifications, and cancellations to ensure seamless experiences.
• Resolve any complaints or issues promptly with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking purposes.
• Collaborate with marketing and events teams to stay updated on the latest offerings and promotions.
• Maintain knowledge of local entertainment trends and regional activities to inform customers effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the entertainment sector.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
