This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for food and customer service, and who are looking to work in a vibrant environment. As a representative, you will assist customers in Dutch, ensuring they have a seamless experience when ordering food and navigating the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries about food orders, delivery options, and platform features via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Provide accurate information on restaurant menus, pricing, and promotions.
• Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and any delivery-related concerns.
• Resolve issues and complaints promptly and efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to address order-related issues and improve service delivery.
• Stay informed about promotions and new restaurant partnerships to enhance customer interactions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the food delivery or hospitality sector.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude to assist customers.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and online customer service tools is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
