You will represent our IT support team, providing expert guidance and solutions to customers, all while offering support in Dutch.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to IT support services via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide guidance on software and hardware usage.
• Document all support requests and customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical team members to resolve complex issues promptly.
• Educate customers about best practices for utilizing our IT services efficiently.
• Stay updated on the latest technology trends and service offerings to enhance customer support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is beneficial.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in IT support, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to help customers overcome technical challenges.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in using customer service software and other IT applications.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece for work and to adapt to a new cultural setting.
