As a key member of our team, you will assist customers in navigating payment solutions while communicating effectively in Dutch.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding payment solutions, transaction issues, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Provide comprehensive information on services, features, and troubleshooting for customers.
• Assist clients with account setup, transactions, and payment processing inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address complex issues and enhance service delivery.
• Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to provide relevant assistance to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the fintech or payment solutions industry, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on building rapport and trust with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to customer needs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple inquiries effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is desirable.
