Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives to work with a Property Management Company based in Greece. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a vibrant environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. As a vital member of the team, you will support clients in Dutch, assisting them with all inquiries related to property management and rental services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding property management services, rental agreements, and property listings via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Provide comprehensive information about available properties and assist clients with the leasing process.
- Support customers with any issues related to their rentals and coordinate with maintenance teams as needed.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and document outcomes in the CRM system.
- Work closely with property management and other departments to improve service delivery.
- Stay informed about local property markets to provide up-to-date information to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is highly desirable.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in property management or real estate.
- Strong communication skills and a personable approach to client interactions.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer focus.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
