Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding streaming services, content availability, and account-related questions via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Provide clear and helpful information on subscription options, troubleshooting issues, and using the platform effectively.
• Assist customers with billing questions, account management, and service cancellations.
• Resolve customer concerns and service-related issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about the latest content releases and platform updates
• Collaborate with the technical team to escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in entertainment or streaming services.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and general computer applications.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
