Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat channels.
• Help customers with inquiries related to their bookings, travel plans, and our platform's services.
• Efficiently handle and resolve customer complaints to enhance satisfaction.
• Record customer interactions and any issues in our CRM system for effective tracking and resolution.
• Collaborate with other teams to address and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Keep abreast of travel regulations, promotions, and platform updates to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is an asset.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the travel or online services sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Experience with CRM systems and travel booking tools is a plus.
