Requirements

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and scaling online-exclusive business, driving new growth opportunities through innovative business models, strong partner management, and end-to-end ownership of initiatives while also leading project management to ensure timely and effective execution. The role requires strong ownership of business initiatives from strategy to delivery, cross-functional coordination, and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Growth

  • Develop and grow online exclusive (1PX) business by driving commercial planning, negotiations, execution, and identifying new business opportunities and growth areas.
  • Design, launch, and scale online-exclusive models to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Own end-to-end (E2E) management of business initiatives from ideation to execution.

Project Management

  • Drive project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and business objectives are met.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, supply chain, marketing, finance, tech) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies; proactively resolve issues.
  • Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and drive continuous improvement.
