The Role:
We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of our Shopify website. This role is critical to ensuring our online store is accurate, optimized, and continuously improving—from product launches and promotions to site experience and performance monitoring.
You’ll work closely with Marketing, Creative, and Merchandising teams to execute campaigns, maintain site health, and drive conversion and revenue growth.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Website & Shopify ManagementOwn daily management of the Shopify storefront (products, collections, navigation, content)Build, schedule, and QA product launches, seasonal content, and promotionsManage homepage and collection page updates (banners, messaging, merchandising)Maintain site accuracy (pricing, inventory visibility, product details, imagery)Coordinate theme updates, app changes, and minor front-end improvementsMerchandising & Conversion OptimizationMerchandise collections based on seasonality, performance, and inventory levelsOptimize product detail pages (PDPs) for conversionAssist with identifying CRO opportunities & implementing strategiesEnsure mobile experience is optimized and consistentIdentify trends & develop recommendations for action points and optimizationsPromotions & Campaigns CoordinationExecute site-side requirements for marketing campaignsSet up and test discount codes and site promotionsCoordinate with Marketing & Creative teams to ensure asset consistency & link optimizationSite Health & OperationsMonitor site performance and bugsEnsure site speed and SEO best practicesSupport customer service with site-related issuesMaintain documentation for processes
Experience, Education & Designations
Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Business or a related field preferred3+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience (Shopify required)Experience with apparel or fashion brands preferredStrong understanding of e-commerce KPIsStrong attention to detailExcellent time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
Experience with CRO & A/B testing toolsExperience with GA4, Shopify Analytics and/or other customer behaviour & analytics toolsBasic HTML/CSS/Liquid knowledge an assetBasic understanding of the fundamentals of SEO

Our Compensation Philosophy
We are a meritocracy and believe in rewarding impact, accountability, and strong performance. Our compensation approach is designed to be fair, consistent, and aligned with the scope and responsibilities of each role, while supporting the attraction and retention of high-performers.
The typical hiring range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 annually. Final compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, and demonstrated capabilities, as well as internal equity and total rewards considerations.
