This is a rare and trusted Executive Assistant opportunity at the heart of a high-performing executive office, supporting a Managing Director of a leading international business. The successful candidate will be a steady, professional presence who protects the MD's time and reputation, manages competing demands with ease, and ensures executive operations run seamlessly at all times.
The role is predominantly corporate in nature (approximately 80%), with the remaining 20% extending to select personal and family schedule support — a responsibility that calls for absolute discretion, good judgement and a genuine service orientation.
Day-to-day, you will engage closely with the Board (4 directors) and a Senior Leadership Team of 11 members across 7 departments, while also overseeing housekeeping vendors and the reception function.
