- PCB Design & Layout: Execute high-fidelity Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design and layout, ensuring manufacturability and high-reliability performance.
- Board-Bring-Up: Conduct initial power-on, functional testing, and debugging of new hardware prototypes to ensure system integrity.
- Electromechanical Integration: Partner with in-house mechanical engineers to convert traditional mechanical products into sophisticated electromechanical systems.
- Collaboration & Consulting: Serve as a technical bridge between software engineers, customer engineering teams, and outside consultants to align product goals.
- Simulation & Analysis: Utilize electronics simulation tools to predict performance and optimize designs before moving to physical manufacturing.
- Lifecycle Support: Oversee the transition of electronic assemblies from the design phase into full-scale manufacturing.
