(Diploma in Embedded Systems Design (DESD) from CDAC is an added advantage)

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Embedded Firmware Developer with strong C and C++ programming skills to design, develop, and test firmware for microcontroller-based systems. The ideal candidate should have experience working on Linux, Raspberry Pi, and embedded platforms, with a strong understanding of peripheral communication protocols and IoT technologies. This role is well-suited for candidates who can work independently in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement firmware for microcontroller-based systems using Embedded C/C++.
• Work on Linux, Raspberry Pi, Arduino, and microcontroller platforms (ATMEL / NXP / Microchip).
• Implement and debug communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, BLE, GSM, and ESP8266/ESP32.
• Design, test, and troubleshoot embedded solutions for IoT and electronics projects.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate firmware with electronic components.
• Independently execute assignments and deliver high-quality code within deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in C and C++ programming for embedded systems.
• Hands-on experience with Linux / Raspberry Pi / Embedded C/C++.
• Knowledge of microcontroller-based firmware development and peripheral interfaces (UART, SPI, I2C).
• Experience with ESP8266, ESP32, BLE, Arduino, and STM32 microcontrollers.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a start-up environment.
• Exposure to machine learning applications in embedded systems is a plus.
