Engineer, Process Engineering

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Manage all activities of implementation and assurance of process stability for Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), Unit Laser Marking and Mimaki Printing process.
• Responsible to lead and collaborate with cross functional team to execute the action plans for those process requirements in accordance with overall project implementation plan.
• Plan and execute product qualification as well as implementation of new recipes based on product / customer requirement for as.
• Plan and execute DM and IDM material qualification - new material, local source and second source.
• Able to work independently with less supervision.
• Validating and applying new approaches to solve problems or reach goals in multiple areas, applies risk mitigation based on experiences and knowledge.
• Constantly reviewing and supporting introduction of new product technologies to enhance product marking / printing development.
• Able to lead the team using root cause analysis techniques to solve complex problem with/without internal data.
• Drive and propose new marking / printing approaches towards cost savings, reduction in SKU, etc.
• Pro-active applying new methods or approaches under minimal supervision.
• Creative in leading executing projects and any others related activities as directed by supervisor.

Qualifications

REQUIRED: 

• Min degree in a science or engineering field
• Min 1 years of experience in a manufacturing industry 
• Experience in on laser marking and printing process engineering
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
• Knowledge with statistical analysis/ tools, and equipment/process qualification

PREFERRED:

• At least 1-2 years related experience in Semiconductor Engineering background
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply

SKILLS:

• Knowledge in AOI and Automation
• Statistical data analysis, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to anticipate issues and challenges and resolving them quickly
• Good in prosses knowledge and skills in manufacturing process & some equipment knowledge
• Able to communicate with different level of staffs
