Engineer - Project Control (Abu Dhabi)

Eram Talent is looking for a highly skilled Engineer - Project Control to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing project schedules, costs, and performance across various sectors including Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, and Energy. This role is crucial for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

If selected, the work location will be Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Monitor project performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare regular project reports and updates for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Assist in the development of cost management plans and ensure adherence to budget.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between various project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project control or project management roles.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas or Energy sectors is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
