Engineer / Senior Engineer, DevSecOps (Internal Use)

• Implement secure and scalable platforms on public (AWS/Azure) as well as private (VMware) cloud infrastructure
• Work with DevSecOps tools to establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for development, testing and deployment of applications
• Install, configure and manage new potential platform services/products for eventual adoption into internal and/or customer solutions
• Create and maintain documentation for infrastructure configurations, processes and procedures.
• Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IaaS components, including virtual machines, networking, and storage.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
• Basic understanding of
• Git workflows (rebase, merge, pull requests, etc.)
• IaaS for cloud platforms (Azure, VMware, AWS)  DevOps CI/CD tools (Terraform, GitHub actions, etc.) and practices
• Virtualization and containerization technologies
• Some troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with regard to the above technologies
• Comfortable with writing simple scripts (Python, Bash or similar)
• A strong interest in workflow automation and optimization
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Comfortable with basic functions of commonly used Operating Systems:
• Windows Server (2012 onwards)
• Ubuntu (20.04 onwards)
• Red Hat (7 onwards)
• Good communication skills
