Engineer - Site (Abu Dhabi)

Eram Talent is looking for a dedicated and qualified Site Engineer to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and supervising construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, and project managers, to facilitate effective project execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of the site to monitor progress and identify any issues.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports and schedules.
• Communicate effectively with project management and stakeholders regarding site progress and potential issues.
• Implement safety measures and ensure that all personnel adhere to safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience of minimum 7 years as a Site Engineer or in a similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in using project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and adapt to varied working conditions.
