We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales professional with a strong background in B2B SaaS product sales to drive new business across the Indian market. This is a high-impact, hands-on closing role focused on winning large, complex enterprise deals and engaging senior decision-makers. Candidates from services, consulting, agency, or purely relationship-driven sales backgrounds are not suitable for this role.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the complete enterprise sales lifecycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution design, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Drive new logo acquisition within mid-market and enterprise accounts across India.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders such as CXOs, Founders, VPs, and functional heads to manage complex sales motions.
  • Close high-value deals typically ranging from ₹25L to ₹1Cr+ in ARR.
  • Build and manage a strong, predictable sales pipeline aligned with quarterly and annual targets.
  • Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline hygiene, and sales forecasts.
  • Share market insights and customer feedback to support product positioning and go-to-market strategies.

Mandatory Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product sales (mandatory).
  • Current or recent experience in a product-based SaaS organization.
  • Proven success in closing enterprise and large mid-market deals in India.
  • Strong experience managing complex, long sales cycles.
  • Willingness to work from the Bangalore office (on-site role).
