We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales professional with a strong background in B2B SaaS product sales to drive new business across the Indian market. This is a high-impact, hands-on closing role focused on winning large, complex enterprise deals and engaging senior decision-makers. Candidates from services, consulting, agency, or purely relationship-driven sales backgrounds are not suitable for this role.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete enterprise sales lifecycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution design, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Drive new logo acquisition within mid-market and enterprise accounts across India.
- Engage with senior stakeholders such as CXOs, Founders, VPs, and functional heads to manage complex sales motions.
- Close high-value deals typically ranging from ₹25L to ₹1Cr+ in ARR.
- Build and manage a strong, predictable sales pipeline aligned with quarterly and annual targets.
- Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline hygiene, and sales forecasts.
- Share market insights and customer feedback to support product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
Mandatory Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product sales (mandatory).
- Current or recent experience in a product-based SaaS organization.
- Proven success in closing enterprise and large mid-market deals in India.
- Strong experience managing complex, long sales cycles.
- Willingness to work from the Bangalore office (on-site role).
