Estimator / Project Manager

Estimator to manage metal forming and fabrication projects, working with clients to determine specifications, coordinate with engineering and production, and build cost and timeline estimates. 

Responsibilities will include:

• Working with clients to determine needs
• Reverse engineer components for manufacture
• Prepare quantity takeoffs for projects
• Prepare cost estimates for material, labor and equipment
• Prepare proposals for jobs
• Oversee CAD drafters developing project drawings and documents
• Order and expedite material purchases
• Schedule fabrication operations
• Work with Plant Manager to coordinate manufacturing

Qualifications

• 3-5 yrs.+ in a manufacturing environments
• ASME, BSME or equivalent  experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints
• Knowledge of fabication & manufactirng equipment (cutting, welding, forming, etc.)
• Strong math skills
• Excellent written & oral communication skills
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
