Cardless is a credit card and loyalty platform that helps consumer businesses engage their customers. We've launched over a dozen credit card programs with partners like Coinbase, Bilt, and Qatar Airways, pioneering technology that embeds credit card features natively into their products.
We value curiosity, humility, and intensity—we move fast and take outsized ownership. We're headquartered in San Francisco and have raised about $150M from investors including Spark Capital, American Express, and Activant Capital.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our C-suite. This is not a traditional EA role—you'll be a true partner to leadership, anticipating needs, managing complex logistics, and ensuring executives can focus on the highest-leverage work.
You'll manage demanding calendars across multiple time zones, coordinate travel on short notice, prepare materials for board meetings and partner negotiations, and serve as a key point of contact between leadership and internal teams, external partners, and investors.
What You'll Do
Manage extremely dynamic calendars, prioritizing ruthlessly and resolving conflicts before they become problems
Coordinate domestic and international travel, often with same-day changes
Prepare and organize materials for board meetings, partner presentations, and internal reviews
Serve as a liaison between executives and stakeholders across the company
Handle confidential information with discretion
Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively—often before they're articulated
Manage expense reporting and administrative workflows
Support planning for team events and offsites

This role requires someone who operates with urgency, takes initiative, and doesn't wait to be told what to do.
