We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level personal and professional support to a Client Partner in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. This role works cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders and is critical to keeping operations running smoothly. A proactive, “get-it-done” mindset is essential.

This opportunity is full-time and fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from home.

What you’ll do:

• Provide confidential, high-quality administrative and personal support in a deadline-driven environment

• Manage and optimize complex calendars across multiple time zones

• Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel (flights, accommodations, visas, ground transportation)

• Organize inboxes, shared drives, digital systems, and playbooks; maintain follow-ups and task tracking

• Support personal scheduling, purchases, background research, and special projects as needed

• Collaborate with internal teams on administrative initiatives

• Help maintain structure around ongoing education, deadlines, and weekly priorities

• Support website and systems optimization using AI and automation tools

What you’ll need:

• 10+ years of experience supporting leaders in a startup or founder-led environment

• Strong technical skills (Google Workspace, Slack, iOS, and productivity tools)

• Highly organized, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs independently

• Excellent time management and ability to juggle competing priorities

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

• Flexibility to handle priority requests outside standard hours

• Spanish fluency (written and verbal) is a plus
