Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support our Founder & CEO. This role sits at the center of the CEO’s day-to-day operations, helping manage priorities, scheduling, communications, and logistics so leadership can stay focused on the company’s most important work.
The role will also provide coordination support to the COO/CPO and other leadership team members as needed, helping ensure meetings, communication, and follow-ups across the organization run smoothly.
The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, communicates clearly and professionally with people across all levels of the company, and operates with a high degree of discretion and judgment. You anticipate needs before they arise, stay calm in a fast-moving environment, and take pride in making the people around you more effective.
What You’ll Do
Executive Support
Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, ensuring time is allocated to the company’s highest-priority work and conversations
Coordinate and prioritize scheduling requests across internal teams, partners, investors, and external stakeholders
Maintain clear visibility on the CEO’s priorities and ensure the calendar reflects them effectively
Ensure meetings are well prepared by coordinating agendas, confirming logistics, and organizing required materials
Assist with inbox management and drafting responses where appropriate
Anticipate scheduling conflicts or operational challenges and proactively resolve them
Provide scheduling and coordination support to the COO/CPO and other leadership team members as needed
Travel & Logistics
Arrange domestic and international travel for the CEO and other internal company leaders, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
Coordinate logistics for offsites, events, and partner meetings
Handle expense tracking and reimbursements
Admin & Office Management
Help manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and welcoming work environment
Coordinate with vendors, building management, and service providers as needed
Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and team resources
Assist with organizing team events, lunches, and internal gatherings that support a strong team culture
Support onboarding logistics for new hires (workspace setup, office access, etc.)
Required Skills & Experience
2–5+ years of experience supporting senior executives or founders (startup experience strongly preferred)
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear, professional communicator who is comfortable interacting with people across all levels of an organization
High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information
Strong judgment and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise
Calm, professional presence in a fast-moving environment
Collaborative and service-oriented mindset — focused on helping others work effectively
Highly receptive to feedback and continuously looking for ways to improve how things operate
Comfort working with modern productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.)

Compensation
Competitive base salary, meaningful equity ownership, and the opportunity to build and lead growth at a fast-growing consumer company.
For U.S.-based roles, the base salary range for this position is $55K - $80K, with additional equity and benefits. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and role level.
