The opportunity
This EA role provides dual support to our Chief Risk, Legal and Governance Officer and Executive General Manager - Investment Solutions and Governance.
You’ll support two senior leaders by keeping priorities organised, information well prepared, and workflows running smoothly. It’s well suited to someone who enjoys structure, clear communication, and working closely with leaders operating in regulated or risk‑aware environments.
You’ll balance day‑to‑day administrative support with coordination and forward planning, helping ensure meetings, decisions, and communications are well managed.
Day to day:
Your role will include a mix of coordination, preparation, and operational support, such as:
Managing busy and often changing calendars
Coordinating meetings, travel, and logistics
Preparing materials and briefings, particularly for governance, risk, or regulatory‑related meetings
Acting as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including Board members
Supporting projects and preparing presentations, reports, and communications
Assisting with investor, board, and client‑related activities
Helping plan team events and key moments
Managing expenses, vendors, and ad‑hoc initiatives
This is a role where attention to detail matters, alongside strong communication, organisation and follow‑through.
About you
You’re organised, reliable, and proactive, with experience supporting senior leaders in a busy environment. You’re comfortable handling sensitive information and enjoy working in roles where structure and attention to detail matter.
Skills and experience include:
A few years’ experience supporting senior leaders
Experience working in or alongside Legal, Risk, Governance, Regulatory, or Compliance teams (helpful but not essential)
Familiar with wealth management, fintech, or financial services (a plus, not a must)
Strong organisational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities and stay one step ahead
Clear, professional communication skills
Confidence using Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Planner, MS Project, Miro or similar)
Naturally proactive, with an eye for detail
A high level of discretion and sound judgment
