Location: Santa Monica, CA
This is a high-touch role based out of our Santa Monica office. The ideal candidate will be in the office to support the CFO and local team and ensure seamless synchronization and real-time responsiveness. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, you will work in lockstep to drive the CFO’s strategic agenda, maintaining the mobility and flexibility required for occasional domestic and international travel to support the executive and the Finance team with their global leadership off-sites.
In this dynamic role, you will serve as a Strategic Executive Assistant and Force Multiplier to our Chief Financial Officer. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will occupy a unique, dual-impact role: acting as a vital pillar within the Global Administration Team while serving as the primary "shield and accelerator" for the Finance Organization.
This role is designed for a high-level operator who thrives in a high-stakes, data-driven environment. You will be responsible for "strategic time-arbitrage"—transitioning the CFO from back-to-back survival mode into a state of strategic focus. You are not just a scheduler; you are the architect of the CFO's workday, ensuring 100% "fire-and-forget" reliability across both professional and key personal logistics.

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
