Role
: Executive Assistant/Marketing Associate

Monthly Rate: $1100

Availability: 20 hours/week

Time Zone: PT then FT within EDT business hours

This is a test of how keen you are with details and how well you follow instructions. ⚠️⚠️⚠️

3️⃣ 1-Minute Introduction Video – Record a short introduction video (preferably using Loom) and provide the link in your application. Before you do, check out these video tips and sample videos. Important: By submitting your video, you grant Coconut permission to share it on our platforms to help increase your chances of being matched with a client. Videos with broken or dummy links will result in disqualification.

Requirements

Experience Needed:

-Graphic design beyond basic templates

-Strategizing and growing social media, not just managing it

-Positioning the client on LinkedIn by sharing articles and building thought leadership

-Researching and targeting new business leads on LinkedIn

-Offering proactive suggestions and guidance

-Experience with building and maintaining budgets (adding items to a budget template when the client sends them an invoice or vendor quote)

Good to have:

-Event/festival and alcohol industry experience

Non-negotiable Requirements:

-Social Media Management experience, Graphic design experience

Industry/Tools Experience:

-Canva, Gamma, Gsuite
