We are looking for a highly professional and well spoken Executive Assistant to support one of our top performing brokers. The main focus of this role is CRM management, listings coordination, and marketing support. The successful candidate will work closely with VIP clients and must maintain a polished and professional demeanor at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update CRM records, ensuring all listings, client data, and follow ups are accurate and up to date.
Create, update, and manage property listings across major portals including Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle.
Maintain strong working knowledge of Property Monitor for pricing, market comparisons, and listing accuracy.
Prepare high quality marketing flyers for both rental and sale properties using branded templates.
Coordinate property marketing activities to ensure timely posting and visibility.
Support client communication through WhatsApp broadcasts, follow ups, and occasional cold calling when required.
Attend property viewings on behalf of the broker when needed and provide professional client support.
Assist with scheduling, documentation, and general administrative support related to listings and client management.
Maintain confidentiality and represent the broker and company with a professional image at all times.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills and very well spoken in English. Additional languages are a plus.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems and property listing portals including Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle.
Strong working knowledge of Property Monitor is required.
Confident, presentable, and comfortable dealing with VIP clients.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong proactivity
Previous experience in real estate or property administration is preferred
