Executive Secretary
- Provide all rounded secretarial and administrative support to the team
- Perform secretarial services such as calendar management, travel arrangements, meetings and conferences preparation
- Manage expense claims, monthly reports and reimbursement
- Prepare reports, presentation materials, update information and maintain database regarding various meetings and discussion
- Data / record maintenance and compilation of statistic tables for analytical use
- Assist in organizing the team events, such as cohesion and CSRs
- Other ad hoc as assigned by the management
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or formal secretarial training
- Minimum 3-5 years of related working experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and online platforms such as Zoom
- Good team player, self-initiated, independent, well organized and a strong sense of responsibility
- Positive mindset with a high sense of integrity and confidentiality
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Secretary
