Real Asset Management | APAC's Leading Real Asset Manager - ESR

Responsibilities:
- Patrolling – Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area to ensure the security of the property.
- Monitoring – Monitoring surveillance cameras and other safety system (i.e.: Fire Alarm System, Access Control System, Lift & Escalator system, etc) to detect any unusual activity or potential security breaches.
- Access Control – Manage access control for restricted area to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive areas.
- Incident Responding and Reporting – Responding to security breaches, medical assistance, or incidents (i.e.: Fire incident, Facility Fault, Police Assistance, etc), so to provide immediate assistance to public or supporting emergency services when necessary. Documenting critical information accurately so to put up a detailed reports for investigation and record purpose.
- Enforcing Rules & Polices – Ensuring compliance with security and properties polices, rules and regulations (i.e.: No Smoking Zone, Permit To Work Order, Traffic Advisory in Property, etc).
- Customer Service and Communication – Serves as a touch point for team members, visitors, and the general public by providing assistance, directions or information by maintaining professional and courteous communication.
- Emergency Preparedness – To be a Company Emergency Responds Team (CERT) member to response to emergency and restoring peace at the soonest, or to execute the emergency evacuation procedure and act swiftly during such incident.
- Handling of Found Property – Ensuring proper chain-of-movement for the found property are followed to ensure proper documentation of the item.
- Traffic and Crowd Control – Manage traffic flow to prevent congestion, illegal parking, and wheel-clamp enforcement within the property. Response to carpark related enquiry (i.e.: Faulty Gantry, Unsuccessful Deduction, etc). Perform crowd control duties during events or incident to ensure safety and order of the area.
Requirements
- Minimum attained PLRD Security Officer (SO) License
- At least 6 months of working experience as a Security Officer
- Physically fit for long walking and standing duration
- Occupational First Aid + AED Certification
- WSQ Respond to Fire Emergency in Buildings (highly recognized)
- Experience in MCST asset deployment with understanding of BMSMA By-Law (highly recognized)
