Blackbird Interactive would like to connect with experienced Senior Producers to head up the development team on some exciting upcoming projects. Partnering with the Game Director, you will motivate, organize, grow and lead a talented team through all phases of development.
You must have excellent communication skills and self-motivation, a history of building great teams and games, as well as passion for our industry and video games.

Your experience should showcase:
- Minimum of 8 years experience in a producer/project manager capacity across full-cycle projects
- A proved track record of successful releases
- Strong understanding of game development cycle from pre-production to releases
- Adept at preparing mitigation and contingency plans before problems occur within a team or project
- Strategic thinker with high proficiency in various project management methodologies, who knows when to apply which methodologies to drive toward effective outcomes
- Experience working directly with external and publisher stakeholders
- Passion and enthusiasm for games and game development
- Effective communication skills across all levels and disciplines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic and collaborative team environment
