Facilities Engineer

We are seeking a Facilities Engineering  to provide support for HVAC systems in a pharmaceutical on Dry Product manufacturing environment.  This role focuses on the operation, reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of HVAC systems that support manufacturing and critical facility areas. 
 

Key Responsibilities

*   Provide engineering and technical support for HVAC systems supporting GMP manufacturing and facility operations. 

*   Monitor and maintain temperature, humidity, airflow, and pressure control in critical areas. 

*   Lead and support troubleshooting activities, equipment assessments, and system performance optimization. 

*   Support change management activities related to HVAC systems, including system modifications and improvements. 

*   Coordinate activities with Facilities, Maintenance, Operations, and external vendors. 

*   Support preventive maintenance strategies and reliability initiatives for HVAC systems. 

*   Review and support engineering documentation, technical evaluations, and system-related SOPs. 

*   Ensure systems operate in compliance with GMP guidelines, safety standards, and internal procedures. 

*   Support audits and inspections as technical HVAC subject matter expert (SME) when required. 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline. 

Experience as an HVAC Engineer in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated manufacturing environments. 

Strong understanding of: 

    *   HVAC systems (AHUs, chillers, exhaust systems, duct-work) 

    *   Environmental control in manufacturing areas 

    *   Building Management Systems (BMS) 

Experience supporting Facilities and Utilities operations.
