Reliability Engineer

Skilled and proactive Reliability Engineer to support the Maintenance Engineering team at a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving equipment reliability, optimizing maintenance strategies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives aligned with GMP and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze equipment failures and propose solutions to enhance reliability.
• Optimize preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as MTBF, MTTR, and OEE.
• Implement improvements in mechanical, electrical, and automated systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to resolve issues and execute projects.
• Promote safety and ensure regulatory compliance in all maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering
• Proven experience in reliability engineering within regulated industries (pharma/biotech preferred).
• Familiarity with tools and methodologies such as SAP PM, RCA, CMMS, and PM/PdM management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of GMP, compliance standards, and contractor policies specific to pharmaceutical environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Technical writing skills
• Bilingual - English & Spanish - understand, write and speak
