As a Field Event Manager, you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of regional and segment-based field marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact. This role involves managing executive dinners, roadshows, roundtables, and sales-aligned events, ensuring alignment with broader Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Events teams to optimize event impact, improve targeting, and scale operational efficiency using AI and automation. The position requires a high level of ownership and accountability, with a focus on metrics such as pipeline contribution, sales satisfaction, and marketing-influenced bookings. Working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment, you will help elevate field marketing as a core driver of revenue growth.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead regional and segment-specific field marketing campaigns and event strategies
  • Align event programs to territory goals, pipeline gaps, and sales priorities
  • Plan and execute field activations, ensuring high-quality delivery, staffing, and follow-up
  • Monitor program performance and apply insights to optimize event formats, targeting, and messaging
  • Manage field calendars and program mix to support top-of-funnel and mid-funnel engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with broader GTM campaigns
  • Leverage AI and automation to improve operational efficiency, targeting, and measurement
  • Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, events, or GTM enablement
  • Proven ability to manage multi-region or cross-segment programs
  • Strong collaboration skills with Sales, Revenue Marketing, and campaign teams
  • Experience in reporting, performance tracking, and accountability for marketing metrics
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Splash, Goldcast, Power BI, or similar tools
  • AI fluency to support segmentation, automation, and campaign optimization
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-velocity GTM environment
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
