Push Security is seeking a Field Marketing Manager, North America to lead Field Marketing programs across the United States and Canada. This person will be critical to driving marketing sourced pipeline, working hand in hand with Sales to develop strategies for each region.

This is a metrics-focused position, crucial to hitting both Sales and overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a clear vision for the program, a goals-driven mindset, deep events experience, and a willingness to get creative with their programming.

Key responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main Marketing point of contact for the North American Sales team, engaging with Sales and Sales leadership on a regular basis to collaborate on strategic programming
  • Drive joint pipeline development, reporting on progress against quarterly and annual goals.
  • Manage the North America Field Marketing budget, maintaining clear communication around ROI throughout the year.
  • Own and execute on the full scope of the North America Field Marketing plan, managing end to end details for all events in the field.
  • Work closely with the Demand Generation team to develop pre and post-event campaigns to increase conversion rates and engage MQLs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with all core Channel and Alliances partners for each region, meeting regularly to align on upcoming joint initiatives.
  • Present on weekly sales calls to keep Sales informed of broader Marketing initiatives, upcoming events, campaigns, and associated results.
  • Support logistics and sales management for corporate event projects as needed.
  • Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Field Marketing in the enterprise security space.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline across multiple channels and regions.
  • Exceptional vendor relationship management, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment with high accountability.
  • Comfortable owning a full events calendar, executing on a variety of formats including field conferences, partner events, owned events and larger tradeshows from top to bottom.
  • Comfortable with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce) and reporting on pipeline metrics and ROI.
  • Comfortable developing creative assets and drafting email copy.
  • Experience managing and re-ordering SWAG inventory and branding materials for events.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time; Central US home base preferred.

    The base salary range for this position is expected to be between $140,000 - $150,000, with the actual base salary amount dependent on a number of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s credentials, relevant experience, and primary job location. In addition to salary, this role is eligible for additional compensation and company benefits such as:
