We are looking to engage a competent and experienced a Field Service Engineer to maintain and operate our site in Lagos, Nigeria. He or she will troubleshoot and repair PV inverters, commission new equipment, and increase customer satisfaction through quality service and a professional behaviour.
We are seeking a hardworking, motivated, and well-organized individual with a focus on continuous improvement to exceed expectations.
The candidate must be able to operate, service and maintain renewable energy hybrid systems installed for clients in the commercial, industrial and telecoms sectors across Nigeria to achieve a minimum uptime of 99.5%.

Key responsibilities:
1. Implement operational and maintenance procedures for company assets deployed at client sites, ensuring consistent performance and compliance with technical standards.

4. Ensure strict compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) protocols during all on‑site activities.
5. Conduct installation, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and corrective maintenance activities as assigned.
6. Keep accurate service records, site reports, and maintenance logs for internal and client use.
7. Support customer relations through professional communication and timely resolution of technical issues.
8. Coordinate with internal units (Projects, NOC, SCM, QHSE, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; preferably Electrical or Mechanical.
