The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Finance Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a student looking to apply their academic knowledge to realworld accounting practices. You will work closely with our accounting team, assisting with a wide range of accounting tasks. This role will provide you with valuable insight into the financial operations of a growing business.

Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.

Support the month end and year end closing procedures by preparing journal entries and reconciliations.

Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.

Process and verify employee expense reports in accordance with company policy.

Assist in maintainingaccurate and organized financial records and documentation.

Provide support during audits by preparing schedules and gathering necessary documents.

Contribute to ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as required by the team.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline

Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles.

Strong quantitative and effective communication skills .

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and eagerness to take on new challenges.
