We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as an Finance Manager overseeing our French entities.

ROLE COMMITMENTS

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement the financial strategy for the French subsidiary in alignment with the Parent Company’s long-term objectives. 
  • Actively contribute to governance initiatives and the continuous improvement of financial and operational performance. 
  • Provide accurate budget and forecast inputs to the FP&A team and support leadership in meeting budget commitments. 
  • Prepare and monitor weekly cash flow forecasts for France. 
  • Manage banking relationships and ensure effective cash management. 
  • Review and authorize supplier payments
  • Oversee general and cost accounting for the French subsidiary to ensure accuracy and compliance with French GAAP and Group standards. 
  • Supervise monthly and annual closing processes and ensure timely reporting to Group. 
  • Prepare and submit French statutory declarations (e.g., Coface, EcoSystem).
  • Oversee tax compliance, including VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory filings. 
  • Maintain and strengthen internal controls, policies, procedures, and financial systems. 
  • Ensure compliance with French legal and regulatory requirements. 
  • Coordinate external and internal audits, manage contracts, litigation, and general meetings related to France. 
  • Support administrative needs of the French subsidiary, including fleet and mobile phone management. 
  • Oversee HR-related functions for the French subsidiary, including employment contracts, payroll, and leave administration. 
  • Manage relations with the CSE (Social and Economic Committee). 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Education and Basic Qualifications 

  • Fluency in French and English is required (written and spoken). 
  • Master’s degree (BAC+5) in business, finance, or accounting required; DSCG strongly preferred. 
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including supervisory and team leadership experience 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACA, or ACCA) required; prior Big 4 audit experience strongly preferred. 
  • Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system preferred. 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and remotely with international and US based teams.
