Job Description:
You will own day-to-day financial operations for a fast-growing, innovation-driven brand. By maintaining visibility over short-term cash flows and managing supplier relationships, you ensure operational stability. This hands-on role sits at the heart of the business, requiring a detail-oriented professional to manage reconciliations, month-end reporting, and cross-functional cost allocation effectively.

What you will do:

• Execute the month-end close process, including revenue recognition, accruals, and preparing comprehensive P&L and Balance Sheet reports.

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle and supplier mapping to ensure smooth relationships with manufacturers and logistics partners.

• Partner with operations teams to track inventory movements and R&D spend, ensuring accurate cost tagging for tax and reporting.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience in finance operations or transactional finance with a strong grasp of Xero and cash flow management.

• Methodical and proactive communicator capable of managing complex supplier negotiations and internal stakeholder approvals.

• Highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building structured processes from the ground up.
