Currently, we are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join one of Toogeza’s clients.
Role Overview
As a Financial Analyst, you’ll be the key figure for budgeting, expense control, and financial transparency within the operations. Your work will directly support decision-making and help establish a culture of financial discipline in the company.
Requirements
Must-Have:
2–4+ years of experience in finance, audit, FP&A, or controlling
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
Solid understanding of P&L, budgeting, reconciliations
Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, proactive approach
English: b1
Nice-to-Have:
Background in Big Four (especially audit/transaction services)
Experience in digital B2C or iGaming business models
Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) — user level
Key Responsibilities
Budgeting: Collaborate with key stakeholders (marketing, affiliate, media buying, etc.) to set and manage departmental budgets
P&L Monitoring: Perform plan-vs-actual analysis, build dashboards, identify and explain variances
Expense Control: Track and verify departmental spending, affiliate payments, and bonus structures
Model Maintenance: Update and support existing financial models provided by management
Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly financial presentations and operational summaries
Payments Analysis: Assess cost structures of PSPs, simulate cost impact scenarios
Cross-functional Support: Work with CRM, affiliate, support, and creative departments on shared financial initiatives
