About this Position

We’re seeking a Bank Regulatory Reporting Analyst to join the Finance Division supporting two nationally chartered banks. This role will be part of the Regulatory Reporting team, responsible for preparing and reviewing reports, ensuring compliance with federal requirements, and maintaining a strong internal control environment. You’ll collaborate across finance, operations, and business teams while contributing to key automation and process improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and review U.S. Bank regulatory reports including FFIEC 031 Call Report, FR2900, FR2644, and FR Y-8.
• Ensure all reports are properly supported with accurate, auditable documentation.
• Support data automation and implementation initiatives in partnership with global reporting teams.
• Review and assess changes to regulatory reporting requirements and instructions.
• Collaborate with Controllers, Operations, and Finance Shared Services to resolve reporting issues.
• Perform ad hoc analysis, audit support, and presentation preparation as needed.

Job Skills/Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in bank regulatory reporting or related financial analysis.
• Proficiency in U.S. GAAP accounting principles.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable professional with a strong work ethic.

Pay Range

$45-50/hr
