The FP&A Specialist will play a critical role in driving accurate financial planning, reporting, and compliance by leading complex financial analyses, ensuring data integrity, and supporting strategic decision-making. This position requires strong accounting fundamentals, hands-on month-end close experience, and the ability to interpret complex financial and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, validation, review, approval, and reconciliation of complex financial statements and management reports.
• Perform in-depth variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps against budgets and forecasts.
• Manage month-end close activities including balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting accuracy.
• Analyze, interpret, and mitigate compliance risks by applying accounting standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on new and existing accounting, reporting, and compliance matters.
• Lead the design, enhancement, and deployment of advanced financial models, planning tools, and reporting processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, controls, and data quality.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Hands-on experience with data collection, financial analysis, reporting, and reconciliation with high attention to detail.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
