We are looking for a full-time Financial Service Representative on a 9 month contract, to join our team in Amsterdam.
What you'll do:
Manage accounts receivable activities, including credit and collections, and invoice processing.Contact customers with past due payments, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding balances.Provide daily administrative support to the Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Controllers, and other members of the team.Assist with special projects as assigned, contributing to the achievement of the department's goals and objectives.Cross-train on the responsibilities of the Controller and Accounts Receivable specialist to provide support and coverage when required.Utilize excellent communication skills and cultural understanding to build relationships with customers and the Sales team, fostering collaboration and timely resolution of financial matters.Perform other duties as assigned.
What it takes:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field1-2 years of experience in an accounting, customer service, or administrative capacityKnowledge of Finance systems and processes Proven ability to set clear priorities Strong organizational skillsDetail oriented individual with the ability to multi-taskStrong analytical skillsExcellent communication skills, positive attitude, and a strong sense of urgencyProficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office
